News Anchor at CBS6 Albany (February 2024-March 2026)
At CBS6 Albany, I regularly fill in at the desk as a news anchor across weekday and weekend newscasts. I strive to bring energy, professionalism, and authenticity to every broadcast, balancing the urgency of live news with the ability to connect with viewers through human-interest and lighter stories.
Sports Anchor/Reporter at CBS6 Albany (February 2024- March 2026)
As the Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter at WRGB CBS6, the world’s oldest TV station, I deliver high-energy, engaging sportscasts and in-depth coverage of major regional and national events. I oversee all aspects of weekend sports content, from gathering and editing to final air decisions.
I strive to capture the stories behind the scoreboard, highlighting the human side of sports while bringing a fun, vibrant personality to the broadcast. Leveraging my news reporting background, I tackle both the thrilling moments and challenging stories that shape athletes, teams, and communities.
In the Capital Region, I’ve covered marquee events including the 2024 Women’s March Madness Regionals in Albany, the 2024 and 2025 Belmont Stakes, and the 2024 NLL Semifinals. I’m proud to have secured exclusive or one-on-one interviews with high-profile sports figures such as former Knicks guard Donte DiVincenzo, 2025 Belmont Stakes and Travers-winning jockey Junior Alvarado, legendary college coach Dawn Staley, Top-5 WNBA Draft pick Kamilla Cardoso, and former New York Jet Wayne Chrebet.
I’ve also had opportunities to ask questions to major sports figures like Caitlin Clark during March Madness and Yankees GM Brian Cashman during a limited local availability. One highlight was a one-on-one interview with Latham native and Blue Jays closer Jeff Hoffman before the 2025 season. He later closed out the Yankees in the ALDS and the Mariners in the ALCS to send Toronto to the World Series. I was the first to interview Hoffman for our station, a testament to my ability to establish and build authentic relationships.
My Donte DiVincenzo interview earned more than 100,000 views on X, underscoring my ability to create content that resonates both on-air and digitally. During my time in Vermont and Upstate NY, I covered UVM Men’s Basketball’s journey to March Madness and the Lake Placid FISU World University Games.
